Whether you are a new patient or new to acupuncture, here are a few common questions to help you feel more informed about your visit.
What is your new patient procedure?
All prospective patients must complete an initial consultation. During this visit you will have a one-on-one consult with the Acupuncturist about your case. This is to ensure that You and I are going to be a good team for treatment at the clinic. At the conclusion of your consultation, you will have the opportunity to schedule your full intake appointment. At your intake, the clinician will go over your case and medical history in detail, develop a comprehensive treatment plan, and administer your first acupuncture treatment.
Are your services covered by my insurance?
Our office is an out of network provider. At your consultation we can discuss your insurance coverage for acupuncture. As a courtesy our office will submit insurance claims.
How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments you will need greatly varies based on your individual presentation of your condition. At your full intake the practitioner will be able to make the most informed recommendation for your care plan.
