The results from my visits to SJ Advanced Health Solutions. I have been a patient on and off for the past 3 years. I have had my lower back and sciatic conditions treated and relief provided by acupuncture treatments. Lately during this COV crisis anxiety has become a constant issue for me. Paul has made improvements in my mental health with some acupuncture techniques. Pills were not doing it so this alternative was a better choice. It is not instant but over several visits and supplements there was a reduction in my anxiety. we all need some relief from these hard times, I found this to be of great help.
